 TERRY BOUTON:  Alla Prima Portraiture in Oils

Explore a more painterly approach using the direct method of painting called Alla Prima.  A condensed course examining the making of colour charts, as well as value, edge and temperature changes;  the keys to mastering a finished painting in one sitting.  Each day will be spent on portraiture.  If you like a textured painterly approach this is the course for you.  Terry won Sculptors Qld Robyn Bauer Emerging Artist Award, Darcy Doyle Award and she has studied under various tutors from around the world including Fu Hong, 2008 Archibald finalist, as well as Clayton J. Beck iii and David Leffel in the USA.
