Warren Palmer

Warren Palmer, artist & lecturer Queensland University of Technology from 1971 – 1995, has a professional career spanning more than 30 years.

He is eminently recognised for his superb ceramic sculptural pieces throughout Australia and the world.

His work is held in many private and prestigious collections, including the Queensland Art Gallery.

Artist Statement

Born in Herberton in 1941, Palmer’s life has revolved around art with a passion across a variety of mediums, notably winning multiple awards for his ceramic sculpture.

These include the Redcliffe Silver Jubilee, the Warana Bicentennial, Gold Coast City Ceramic Award, Sunshine Coast Ceramic Sculpture Award.
