Brisbane Artists Academe and Brisbane Art Workshops Conditions of Membership:
About the Program.
1. There is no time limit for points to be accumulated.
2. Once points have been accumulated and the voucher has been redeemed the points will revert back to zero.
3. Members may include previous purchases before the Loyalty program commenced.
4. Gain loyalty points from purchases from our eBay web store and Brisbane Artists Academe and Brisbane Art Workshops website.
5. The purchase of paintings will be exempt from the loyalty program, unless otherwise specified.
6. Full priced books and art supplies are eligible for reward points.
7. Second hand books are ineligible to earn points in the loyalty program unless otherwise indicated.
8. The reward points for second-hand books that are eligible and which are sold at auction, are calculated by deducting the beginning auction price from the final sales figure. For instance, if a book is listed to start auction at $10.00, and the book finally sells for $15.00, then $5.00 or 5 points would be allocated towards the member’s total accumulated points.
9. To be eligible for points derived from Workshops, said Workshops must be booked and paid for directly through Brisbane Artists Academe and Brisbane Art Workshops, not through a third party provider.
10. The allocation of points excludes all postage costs.
11. Points are non-transferable.
12. Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
13. Brisbane Artists Academe and Brisbane Art Workshops reserves the right to discontinue the loyalty program without notice, however will endeavour to fulfil all claims currently outstanding at that date.
14. Brisbane Artists Academe and Brisbane Art Workshops reserves the right to review the loyalty program in line with CPI increases annually.
Payment Methods Accepted.
15. To obtain the full point allocation of $1.00 = 1 point payment must be made by Bank Cheque, Money Order or Direct Deposit.
16. Payments made by PayPal such as with credit cards, will receive points by dollar value less the merchant fees charged.
Redeeming Vouchers.
17. Vouchers are redeemable for art supplies, art books or discounts from Workshops at Management’s discretion.
18. Brisbane Artists Academe and Brisbane Art Workshops will endeavour to supply art materials within the member’s painting genre, however, Management reserves the right to provide art materials not specified.
Redeeming Vouchers for Workshops.
19. For workshops booked, the points will be allocated to the person who attended the Workshop, regardless of who paid for the Workshop.
20. Vouchers may be redeemed for workshops for the same or lesser value.
21. Upgrading is permitted, and the member will be required to pay the difference between the voucher and the cost of the workshop.
Verification of Points.
22. Brisbane Artists Academe and Brisbane Art Workshops will endeavour to keep accurate records of all transactions, however, in the event of a discrepancy, the member must supply all dates and receipt numbers for verification.
23. Where there is a discrepancy, and the member cannot supply dates and receipt numbers to be verified, then any points that cannot be verified by Management will be termed Null and Void.
