How to Shop and Pay
- You can purchase these items now by using your shopping cart and paying with your credit card or PayPal
- You can order your art supplies by email and send to krisstie@brisbaneartworkshops.com.au .
- We prefer not to accept personal cheques because of delays in banking and clearance.
- Post Money Orders and Bank Cheques made out to Brisbane Art Workshops, and post to PO Box 3201, Newmarket, QLD 4051.
- Phone your order to Krisstie on 0402 342 421.
Once Your Order is Received
- Once your order is received we will order these items from our suppliers. Most times, orders are received promptly, but please allow up to 7-10 days for delays. So, if you’re ordering supplies for a Workshop, please order these at least 7-10 days before classes commence.
What Methods Can I Use to Pick up My Goods?
- You can pick these goods up at classes at Highgate Hill, either at the class you’ve booked into, or from a previous class if you want to pick these goods up sooner.
- You can also arrange to pick these goods up at a mutually agreeable time and place. We may be able to deliver free of charge or meet you in an specified location around Paddington, Red Hill, Rosalie, Milton, Ashgrove, Kelvin Grove, Newmarket, Windsor, Wilston, Grange, and Stafford.
- We may be able to deliver these items to you COD elsewhere in Brisbane. Email for a quote.
- You can have these items sent to you via Australia Post or Courier.
- Brisbane residents flat fee of $6.95 for Regular Parcel Post, or slightly more if you choose to send via Registered Mail and purchase insurance.
- Once the goods have been weighed you will be contacted with the amount of postage. Smaller items will be sent as one Parcel, while bulky items like canvases will have to be sent separately which will incur separate charges. These items will be wrapped in bubblewrap and cardboard, and while every care will be taken to protect the contents of the parcel, no liability will be accepted if the parcel is lost or damaged by Australia Post.
- Items will not be released until payment of postage has been made.
Purchasing Books
- If you choose to purchase books via Paypal, you’ll find that we’ve added on the postage fees. If you prefer to pick up your purchase, these postage charges will be refunded to you by cheque.
- If you purchase more than one book, or a combination of art supplies and books, we can send your items as a bulk lot to save on postage costs.
- Books will either have a $5.30 or $9.30 Regular Parcel Post Satchel charge added on check-out.
- We can fit up to 3kg of books in a $9.30 Satchel, which can be posted anywhere in Australia.
Loyalty Rewards Program
If you are a member of our Loyalty Rewards Program & you paid by Direct Deposit, Money Order or Bank Cheque you will receive the full allocation of points ($1 = 1 point).If you choose to pay via Paypal, you will receive points less any merchant fees.
